We accept home improvement applications year round.

Step 1:

All home repairs begin with an application. Each application helps us determine need for your repair project. Please note that both an applicant and co-applicant must be on the form. A co-applicant is anyone who resides in the applicant’s home and contributes to household income or expenses.

You can complete an application one of three ways: (1) request an application be sent to you in the mail, (2) download a printable application, or (3) complete an application online.

Step 2:

Once your application is complete, you will need to also submit any supporting documents. These documents include proof of monthly income and proof of expenses. You can submit supporting documents by (1) mailing the documents alongside your application or (2) uploading the documents using the button below.
